A. 
A weight restriction is hereby imposed upon the following Township bridges pursuant to the provisions of section 1102 of the Vehicle Code, Act of April 29, 1959, P.L. 58, as amended:

B. 
A speed restriction of 15 miles per hour is hereby imposed upon the bridges mentioned in Subsection A hereof, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1111 of the Vehicle Code, Act of April 29, 1959, P.L. 58, as amended,
C. 
Signs setting forth the gross maximum weight permitted and the maximum speed permitted shall be erected and maintained in conspicuous places at each end of each bridge structure facing approaching traffic.
D. 
Persons violating this chapter shall be prosecuted under the appropriate provisions of the Vehicle Code, Act of April 29, 1959, P.L. 58, as amended.
A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle other than a passenger car or a motorcycle on the street or road identified in this section; provided, however, that nothing in this section shall prohibit any person driving an emergency vehicle, a truck or other commercial vehicle making local deliveries to or pickups from premises located along said street or road.
