In case any building, structure, landscaping or use is or is proposed to be erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered, converted, maintained or used in violation of the provisions of this chapter, the Board of Supervisors or, with the approval of the Board of Supervisors, its specifically designated enforcement representative, may institute any appropriate action or proceeding in law and/or equity to prevent, restrain, correct or abate such building, structure, landscaping or use or to prevent, in or about such premises, any act, conduct, business or use constituting a violation. All remedies shall be cumulative.
Any landowner, person, partnership or corporation who or which shall violate the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof in a civil judgment, be sentenced to pay a judgment of not more than $1,000, plus all court costs and reasonable attorney's fees incurred by the Township.
If any sentence, clause, section, or part of this chapter is for any reason found to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, such unconstitutionality, illegality or invalidity shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, sections or parts of this chapter. It is hereby declared as the intent to the Board of Supervisors of West Rockhill Township that this chapter would have been adopted had such unconstitutional, illegal or invalid sentence, clause, section or part thereof not been included.
