The purpose of the Conservation Overlay District is to expand
the areas of the Borough where telecommunication towers, antennas,
and associated equipment are permitted in order to ensure wireless
communications services adequate to serve the interests of Borough
residents, business owners, and guests.

In addition to the uses permitted in the underlying zoning district,
the following are the permitted and conditional uses in the Conservation
Overlay District:

All uses shall meet the area and bulk regulations of the underlying zoning district as listed in Table 27-2 of Part 3 of this chapter.
