No person shall smoke any smoking products in any Township park,
playground, sports field, recreation area or adjacent parking lots,
whether owned, leased or used by the Township. This prohibition is
subject to the following terms and conditions:
A.
The prohibition provided for herein applies to all Township parks,
playgrounds, sports fields, recreation areas and adjacent parking
lots identified in "Exhibit A" which is on file with the Township
Clerk. Additional Township parks, playgrounds, sports fields, recreation
areas and adjacent parking lots may be added upon designation by the
Township Manager and the "Exhibit A" list shall be amended accordingly
and the amended list kept on file in the office of the Township Clerk.
B.
The prohibitions provided for in this Article III shall apply to special events held in Township parks, playgrounds, sports fields and recreation areas as well as adjacent parking lots, unless specifically waived by the Township Manager for such event and subject to any reasonable conditions imposed by the Township Manager on smoking at such event.
