The Wisconsin Department of Administration currently distributes
the Town of Grand Chute's portion of the school levy tax credit,
lottery and gaming credit, and first dollar credit directly to Outagamie
County.
Wisconsin Statutes allows municipalities that receive $3,000,000
or more in school levy tax credit, lottery and gaming credit and first
dollar credit to notify the Department of Administration to distribute
the amounts directly to the municipality.
The Town Board hereby approves the direct distribution of the
school levy tax credit, lottery and gaming credit and first dollar
credit as outlined in § 79.10 (7m) (cm)1a, Wis. Stats.,
and directs the Department of Administration to directly distribute
the amounts referenced in § 79.10 (4), (5), and (5m), Wis.
Stats., to the Town of Grand Chute as provided in § 79.10
(7m)(cm)1.a, Wis. Stats.
