[HISTORY: Adopted by the City Council of the City of Two

Chapter 350, Wis. Stats., is hereby adopted and by reference
made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth herein.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
- SNOWMOBILE
- Has the meaning of a motor vehicle as designated under §§ 340.01(58a) and 340.01(35), Wis. Stats.
No person may operate a snowmobile on property owned by the
City, including but not limited to City parks, except upon snowmobile
trails or in other areas designated by the City Council by resolution.
This chapter shall not prohibit any person from operating a snowmobile
on the East or West Twin Rivers, and City-owned boat launches may
be used to access the rivers for such purpose.
