[HISTORY: Adopted by the City Council of the City of Two
Rivers (Title 8, Ch. 6, of the 1981 Code). Amendments noted where

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
- OPERATION
- To ride, project, propel, push, pull, kick, throw, jump or exercise on a skateboard.
The operator of a skateboard may, subject to this chapter, ride
or operate the same on public sidewalks in the City of Two Rivers,
except as follows:
A.
In the business area lying between the north line of 22nd Street
between the west line of Adams Street and the east line of Jefferson
Street, south to the Washington Street Bridge.
B.
In any Two Rivers municipal park, municipal tennis court, cemetery
or public river front walkway.
C.
On any Two Rivers municipal parking lot or any municipal or state
bridge.
Where the riding of skateboards on public sidewalks and crosswalks
is permitted, every person operating a skateboard upon the public
sidewalk and crosswalk shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian
and shall exercise due care when passing a pedestrian on the public
sidewalk and crosswalk.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 8-6-2
or 8-6-3, above, shall, upon being found guilty thereof, be subject
to a penalty as provided in § 1-1-5 of this Code.
