§ 25-15.1 Authorization required for construction or maintenance. [1980 Code § 117-74]No person shall erect, construct or maintain any privy or privy vault, septic tank or cesspool, temporary or otherwise, in the Town of Morristown without receiving authorization from the Division of Health.
