Any person who shall violate any section or part of a section of this chapter shall, upon conviction in the Municipal Court of the Town of Morristown, be subject to the penalty stated in Chapter 1, § 1-5.

The Division of Health of the Department of Code Enforcement for the Town of Morristown is authorized, from time to time, to conduct certain health screenings and vaccination clinics as determined to be reasonable and appropriate. The Division of Health of the Department of Code Enforcement for the Town of Morristown is authorized to charge fees as set forth below for such screenings and clinics.

There are hereby established the following fees:
a.
Influenza immunizations (per vaccination) for attendees under the age of 65

b.
Influenza immunizations for attendees age 65 and over and employees/retirees of The Town of Morristown
Free
c.
Pneumonia immunization (per vaccination)
$15
d.
Pneumonia immunization for employees/retirees of the Town of Morristown
Free
e.
Other immunization per vaccination
$15
