The Borough may charge and accept a fee or donation for personalizing
public improvements, such as brick pavers and the like, at the Borough
Pavilion, or such other areas as authorized by the Borough, in the
amount of $50. The Borough shall have the sole discretion regarding
the content and placement of any such personalized brick paver.
