Pursuant to the authority given to the City under MGL c. 94G,
§ 3(a)(2)(ii), the City of Lowell hereby limits the number
of recreational/adult use dispensaries in the City to five, or 20%
of the number of licenses issued within the City for the retail sale
of alcoholic beverages not to be drunk on the premises where sold
under MGL c. 138, § 15, whichever number is larger.
