The prohibitions and penalties provided for in this chapter
are minimum requirements and shall be in addition to, and not exclusive
of, other prohibitions and penalties provided for by other law, ordinance,
rule and/or regulation. This chapter shall not be construed to permit
that which is prohibited by other applicable statutes or Township
ordinances.
