A. 
Businesses located within a residential zone or within 200 feet of a residential zone may operate only between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
B. 
The distance of 200 feet to a residential zone is measured in a straight line from the lot line of the business to the border of the residential zone.
C. 
A residential zone, for purposes of this section, is defined as any of the following zones established under Chapter 310:

Residential Single Family
TH
Residential Townhouse
TH-1
Residential Townhouse
RAH
Residential Affordable Housing District
PMARC
Planned Multifamily Age-Restricted Community
A. 
Holders of plenary retail consumption or retail distribution licenses under the Alcoholic Beverage Law, N.J.S.A. 33-1 et seq., which holders are subject to hours of operation limitations in state law and Township ordinance, are exempt from the requirements of this chapter.
B. 
Any business which has addressed hours of operation in conjunction with an application before the Planning Board and has limitations on hours within its Board approval which are more restrictive than the hours set forth in this chapter shall be bound by the limitations imposed by the Planning Board.
Any business desiring to operate between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. on a regular basis or on a limited basis due to exceptional circumstances may apply to the Township Council for a waiver of the limitation on hours of operation contained in this chapter. The Council may grant a waiver of the limitation on hours of operation if they find that the business can be open between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. without disrupting the peace and tranquility or compromising the public safety of the residents of the Township.
