[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. I)]
A Civil Service Commission of the Borough of Pine Grove is hereby
established. The Civil Service Commission is directed to be organized
and undertake all responsibilities consistent with 8 Pa.C.S.A. §
1171, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the laws of
the United States of America.
Any ordinance or resolution inconsistent with these provisions
are hereby repealed.
