There is hereby established in the Building Department a division of the municipal government of the City which shall be known as the Division of Air Pollution Control and an Air Pollution Control Inspector.
All officers and employees of the Division of Air Pollution Control shall be under the direction and supervision of the Director of Air Pollution Control and shall perform such duties as may be required by them by such Director of Air Pollution Control or by the provisions of this article.
The Director of Buildings shall be ex-officio Director of Air Pollution Control and shall be the Director of the Division of Air Pollution Control.
