Other than as provided in § 13-102, it shall be unlawful for any person within the limits of the City to carry, wear under his clothes or conceal about his person any firearm, sling shot, cross knuckles or knuckles of lead, brass or metal, bowie knife, dirk, razor, dagger, bludgeon, black jack, sand club, sand bag, switchblade, stun gun, TASER, ballistic knife or any other dangerous or deadly weapon; or to display or flourish any such weapon in a boisterous or threatening manner. Every person guilty of a violation of this section shall be fined no less than $250 nor more than $2,000.
The provisions of § 13-101 of this chapter shall not be held to apply to the following:
A. 
Any policeman or other law enforcement officer in possession of a weapon as authorized by law;
B. 
Any person in possession of a handgun and also possessing a valid, current Concealed Carry License issued by the Department of State Police for concealed carry of a firearm as that term is defined in the Firearm Concealed Carry Act, 430 ILCS 66/5, provided that said person is not in an area where the carrying of a concealed firearm is prohibited by that Act, or by other State or Federal law.

Any weapon or weapons duly adjudged to have been worn or carried by any person in violation of § 13-101 of this chapter shall be forfeited and confiscated by the City of Bloomington.
