Article XI Penalties; Miscellaneous Provisions

§ 31-1101 [Ch. 31, Sec. 1101] Penalties.

Any person who shall violate § 31-510 of this chapter shall upon conviction be fined not less than $250 for a first offense and not less than $500 for a subsequent offense.

Any person who shall violate any other provisions or rules of this article shall upon conviction be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for a first offense; and not less than $50 nor more than $500 for a second violation of any provision of this chapter.

§ 31-1102 [Ch. 31, Sec. 1111] Repeal of conflicting ordinances.

All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict or inconsistent with any of the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed.

§ 31-1103 [Ch. 31, Sec. 1112] Severability.

Provisions of this chapter shall be determined to be severable and the validity of any part thereof shall not affect the validity of the remaining part of this chapter.
