A.
Pursuant to Chapter 65, § 65-4 of the Code of Ordinances, enforcement and administration of the Uniform Construction Code shall be undeitaken jointly with the Borough of Fountain Hill, Nmthampton County, Pennsylvania by means of the establishment of a Joint Uniform Construction Code Board of Appeals.
B.
Either the President of Council or the Township Manager of the Township,
shall be authorized to execute an intergovernmental agreement, in
substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A,[1] for the purpose of creating a joint Uniform Construction
Code Board of Appeals with the Borough of Fountain Hill.
