It shall be unlawful to consume,
inhale or personally use Marijuana or Marijuana-Infused Products on
or within the premises of a Marijuana Facility, except that in Marijuana
Testing Facility one may consume Marijuana during the testing process
and only as the consumption relates to the testing process.

The growing or cultivation of Marijuana
on the premises of a Marijuana Dispensary Facility is prohibited.

"Paraphernalia" as defined in Section
195.010(18)(a) through (m), excluding (f), RSMo., as amended, RSMo.,
as may be amended, may lawfully be sold at a Marijuana Dispensary
Facility. Such items may not be publicly displayed and may be sold,
displayed and provided only to Patients or Primary Caregivers of Patients.

No person shall dispose of Marijuana
or Marijuana-Infused Products in an unsecured waste receptacle not
in possession or control of a licensee and designed to prohibit unauthorized
access.
