The regulations set forth in this article shall apply to the
A Residential District.

The minimum lot area for a lot in the A Residential District
shall be three acres (130,680 square feet). The minimum lot width
for a lot in A Residential District shall be 200 feet.

The minimum lot depth for a lot in the A Residential District
shall be 300 feet.

The total lot coverage of the buildings and structures on a
lot shall not exceed 10% of the total lot area.
A front yard shall be not less than 75 feet.
A side yard shall be not less than 50 feet.
A rear yard shall be not less than 50 feet.
