A. 
The recreational use and storage of kayaks is permitted at any facility designated, established, or leased by the Township for that purpose.
B. 
The Department of Recreation shall establish reasonable rules and regulations governing the recreational use and storage of kayaks at Township-owned facilities. At leased facilities, the rules and regulations of the facility, as modified or supplemented by agreement with the Township, shall apply.
C. 
Violations of applicable rules and regulations will result in the revocation of use and storage privileges without refund of any fees paid.
A. 
The Department of Recreation shall develop and implement a system of registering and issuing permits for the storage and use of kayaks.
B. 
Permits shall run annually from April 1 through October 31 and are renewable each March.
C. 
The Department of Recreation shall charge a reasonable fee for a kayak permit. The fee shall be established annually by the Department of Recreation and approved by resolution of the Township Council.
