The Town Board of the Town of Pawling shall, upon resolution, approve and adopt a form of appearance ticket to be used in connection with enforcement of Chapter 191 of the Town Code regarding the transfer station and recycling. Such form of appearance ticket shall be in conformance with § 150.10 of the Criminal Procedure Law of the State of New York.
Transfer station attendants of the Town of Pawling be and the same are hereby authorized, pursuant to Municipal Home Rule Law § 10, Subdivision 4(a), to issue appearance tickets as defined and in conformance with Criminal Procedure Law § 150.10 in order to enforce any provision of Chapter 191 of the Town Code and the rules and regulations of the Transfer Station.
