This chapter shall be known and may be cited as "The Administrative Regulations of the Borough of Woodland Park."

§ 2-1.2 Charter Defined.

The term "Charter" shall refer to Small Municipality Plan "C" (Article 15) of the Optional Municipal Charter Law (New Jersey Laws of 1950, Chapter 210, as amended).
