The Borough of Woodland Park has secured certain health services
from the City of Paterson through an agreement with the City of Paterson,
in accordance with N.J.S.A. 26:3A2-1 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 40A:65-1
et seq.

An agreement has been prepared and entered into between the
City of Paterson and the Borough of Woodland Park which is filed in
the office of the Municipal Clerk of Woodland Park for the purpose
of public inspection.

This section shall be known and may be cited as the Cooperative
Pricing Ordinance of the Borough of West Paterson (Woodland Park).

Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11(5), the Mayor
is hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperative Pricing Agreement
with the lead agency or any other contracting unit within the County
of Passaic or adjoining counties for the purchases of work, materials
and supplies.

The lead agency, as well as The Borough of West Paterson (Woodland
Park) shall be responsible for complying with the provisions of the
Local Public Contracts Law N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. and all other
provisions of the Statutes of the State of New Jersey, as outlined
in the Agreement between the County of Passaic and the Borough of
West Paterson (Woodland Park).

The Mayor of the Borough of West Paterson (Woodland Park) is
hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with the Lead Agency
specified herein and the Borough of Totowa, for the formation and
operation of the Tri-Borough Crime Watch Program to be jointly administered
by the Township of Little Falls, Borough of Totowa and Borough of
West Paterson (Woodland Park).

The Lead Agency for the purposes of this Agreement shall be
the Township of Little Falls.

The Lead Agency entering into contracts on behalf of the participating
municipalities shall be responsible for complying with the provisions
of the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and
all other provisions of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey.

A participating municipality may terminate its participation
in the Agreement upon sixty (60) days written notice to the other
participating municipalities prior to the expiration of this Agreement.

The Mayor and Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
the Agreement which is simultaneously being entered into between the
Township of Little Falls, Borough of West Paterson (Woodland Park)
and Borough of Totowa.

This section shall be effective and retroactive to the date
of initial employment of this Coordinator.
