Township of Muhlenberg, PA Article III Fire Department Advisory Board

[Adopted 1-20-2003 (Ch. 12 of the 1982 Code)]

§ 25-13 Creation.

A Fire Department Advisory Board is hereby created and established in and for the Township of Muhlenberg, which Board shall be known as the "Muhlenberg Township Fire Department Advisory Board."[1]

§ 25-14 Powers and duties.

The Muhlenberg Township Fire Department Advisory Board shall have such power and perform such duties and functions as determined by the Board of Commissioners.

§ 25-15 Chair; report to Board of Commissioners.

The Chairman of the Advisory Board shall be the appointed Township Commissioner, who shall report to the Board of Commissioners from time to time as to the status of all advisory board matters, recommendations and issues requiring the final action of the Board of Commissioners.
