As permitted by Section 907 of the Municipalities Planning Code
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (the "MPC")[1] and § 355-163D(1) of the Code of the Township
of Muhlenberg, members of the Zoning Hearing Board of the Township,
including alternates designated to vote as provided in Section 906
of the MPC,[2] shall be compensated at the rate of $25 for each meeting
of the Zoning Hearing Board attended by such member. As provided in
the MPC, compensation shall not exceed the rate of compensation authorized
by law to be paid the members of the Board of Commissioners of the
Township.
