Provisions, Art. I)]
The Board of Commissioners of the Township of
Muhlenberg shall authorize the collection of waste by resolution from
time to time as needed. The Board of Commissioners of the Township
of Muhlenberg may establish refuse collection charges, payment schedules,
late fees and enforcement provisions by resolution from time to time
as needed.

The Board of Commissioners shall contract from time to time
with a refuse collector and hauling company to collect and dispose
of garbage, refuse, rubbish and bulky rubbish generated from each
dwelling unit in the Township. Each owner of any dwelling unit in
the Township shall participate in and pay the applicable fees and
charges for the Township municipal solid waste collection program.
