[Adopted 7-6-1981 by Ord. No. 174 (Ch. 125, Art. V, of the 1982 Code)]
The Board of Commissioners of the Township of
Muhlenberg is hereby authorized to establish the location of all publicly
dedicated streets and highways of the Township of Muhlenberg as said
Board may, from time to time, authorize by resolution, pursuant to
the authority vested in it by law, pursuant to the terms and conditions
of this article.
This article hereby ratifies all publicly dedicated
streets and highways, as existing in the Township of Muhlenberg, at
their present locations as of the date of the enactment of this article.
Upon acceptance of a publicly dedicated street
or highway by the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Muhlenberg
pursuant to the terms and conditions of this article, the Township
Engineer is hereby directed to place said publicly dedicated street
or highway on the Official Map of the Township of Muhlenberg.[1]

Attached to this article and made a part hereof
shall be an exhibit setting forth the names of all publicly dedicated
streets and highways located in the Township of Muhlenberg, duly accepted
by the Township of Muhlenberg pursuant to the terms and conditions
set forth in this article.[1]
