The proposed action of the Township and the Muhlenberg Township
Authority (the "Authority") to transfer Township assets of the water
supply and distribution system known as "Muhlenberg Township Water
District No. 1" to the Authority is hereby approved.
Said agreement, which sets forth the terms and conditions under
which the Authority will acquire said Muhlenberg Township Water District
No. 1 water supply and distribution system, shall be filed with the
Secretary of the Township and shall be made available for inspection
at reasonable times by interested persons requesting such inspection.
The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Muhlenberg authorizes
execution of said agreement and transfer of said assets to the Authority
in accordance with the terms and conditions of said agreement.
Proper officers of the Township are authorized and directed
to take all other action and to do all other things necessary or appropriate
in order to carry out the terms of the agreement and the intent and
purpose of this article.
All action heretofore taken by the Authority in connection with
the agreement is approved, ratified and confirmed by the Board of
Commissioners of the Township of Muhlenberg.
The Secretary of the Board of Commissioners of Muhlenberg Township
is authorized and directed to deliver a certified copy of this article
to the Authority.
