[1972 Code § 17-1]
The Borough of Woodland Park, County of Passaic, State of New
Jersey, shall be divided into six (6) election districts, with boundaries
hereinafter specified, to be known as the first, second, third, fourth,
fifth and sixth districts of the Borough of Woodland Park.

The first district of the Borough shall include all of the territory
and the inhabitants thereof contained which is bounded and described
as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of the Delaware,
Lackawanna and Western Railroad right of way line, with the northerly
boundary line of the Borough of Woodland Park, and running from thence;
southerly along the center line of the Delaware, Lackawanna, and Western
Railroad right-of-way line, to the point of intersection of the right-of-way
line, with the center line of the Passaic River thence; northerly,
and downstream along the center line of the Passaic River, to the
point of intersection of the same, with the northerly boundary line
of the Borough of Woodland Park thence; easterly along the northerly
boundary line of the Borough of Woodland Park to the point or place
of beginning.

The second district of the Borough shall include all of the
territory and the inhabitants thereof contained which is bounded and
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of the Delaware,
Lackawanna, and Western Railroad right-of-way line, with the center
line of the Old Morris Canal Bed, and running from thence; southerly
along the center line of the Old Morris Canal Bed, to the southerly
boundary line of the Borough of Woodland Park thence; westerly, along
the southerly boundary line of the Borough of Woodland Park to the
point of intersection of the southerly boundary line, with the center
line of the Passaic River thence; northerly, and downstream along
the center line of the Passaic River, with the center line of the
Delaware, Lackawanna, and Western Railroad right-of-way line, thence;
northeasterly, along the center line of the Delaware, Lackawanna,
and Western Railroad right-of-way line, to the point of place of beginning.

The third district of the Borough shall include all of the territory
and the inhabitants thereof contained which is bounded and described
as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the northerly boundary line
of the Borough of Woodland Park, with the center line of New Street
and running thence; southerly, along the center line of New Street,
to the point of intersection of the center line, with the southerly
line of Squirrelwood Road thence; westerly along the southerly line
of Squirrelwood Road, to its point of intersection with the easterly
line of Garden Avenue thence; southerly, along the easterly line of
Garden Avenue, to the northerly boundary line of Highview Park Development,
thence; easterly, along the northerly boundary line of Highview Park
Development to the northeasterly corner of the same, thence; southerly,
along the easterly boundary line of the Highview Park Development
to a corner of the same, thence; easterly, still along the boundary
line of the Highview Park Development to a corner of the same thence;
southerly, still along the easterly boundary line of the Highview
Park Development, to the most southeasterly corner of the same thence;
westerly, along the southerly boundary line of the Highview Park Development,
and continuing along the westerly prolongation of the same, to a point
of intersection with the center line of the Old Morris Canal Bed thence;
northerly along the center line of the Old Morris Canal Bed, to its
intersection with the center line of the Delaware, Lackawanna, and
Western Railroad right-of-way line thence; northerly along the center
line of the Delaware, Lackawanna, and Western Railroad right-of-way
line, to a point where the same intersects the northerly boundary
line of the Borough of Woodland Park thence; easterly, along the northerly
boundary line of the Borough of Woodland Park, to the point or place
of beginning.

The fourth district of the Borough shall include all of the
territory and the inhabitants thereof contained which is bounded and
described as follows:
Charles Olbon School, Lincoln Lane: beginning at the southeasterly
corner of the Highview Park Development and running thence; southerly,
along the southerly prolongation of the easterly boundary line through
Kelsey Avenue to a point in the northerly boundary line of lands of
the Rose Manor Estates, thence; westerly and southerly along the various
courses of the boundary lines of the Rose Manor Estates to the center
line of Overmount Avenue, thence; easterly, along the center line
of Overmount Gardens Development, thence; southerly, along the line
to a corner, thence; westerly along the southerly boundary line of
the development to a point of intersection with the center line of
Lackawanna Avenue, thence; northwesterly, to where the same intersects
the center line of the Old Morris Canal Bed, thence; northerly, along
the line to the westerly prolongation of the southerly boundary line
of the Highview Park Development, thence; easterly to the point or
place of beginning.

The fifth district of the Borough shall include all of the territory
and the inhabitants thereof contained which is bounded and described
as follows:
Rifle Camp Fire Co. No. 3, Rifle Camp Road: beginning at the
northeasterly corner of the Borough and running, thence; southerly,
along the easterly boundary line to the Borough's southerly boundary
line, thence; westerly, along the line to the center line of the Old
Morris Canal Bed, thence; northerly, to the center line of Lackawanna
Avenue, thence; southeasterly, to the westerly prolongation of the
southerly boundary line of the Westmount Gardens Development, thence;
easterly and northerly, along the southerly and easterly boundary
lines of the development to the center line of Overmount Avenue, thence;
easterly, southerly, easterly, northerly and westerly along the various
courses of the boundary lines of the Rose Manor Estates to Kelsey
Avenue, thence; northerly, through Kelsey Avenue to the most northeasterly
corner of the Highview Park Development, thence; westerly, along the
line to the easterly line of Garden Avenue, thence; northerly along
the same to the southerly line of Squirrelwood Road, thence; easterly
along the line to the center line of New Street, thence; northerly,
along the line to the northerly boundary line of Woodland Park, thence;
easterly, along the same to the point or place of beginning.

The sixth district of the Borough shall include all of the territory
and the inhabitants thereof contained which is bounded and described
as follows:
Charles Olbon School, Lincoln Lane: beginning at the most northeasterly
corner of lands of the Rose Manor Estates and running thence; westerly
and southerly, along the various courses of the boundary lines of
the Rose Manor Estates to the center line of Overmount Avenue, thence;
easterly, southerly, easterly, northerly and westerly along the various
courses of the Rose Manor Estates boundary lines to the point or place
of beginning.

A copy of this chapter shall be placed and kept on file in the
office of the Clerk of Passaic County and a duplicate thereof in the
office of the Municipal Clerk of the Borough of Woodland Park.
