Chapter BH:VII of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township
of Roxbury, 1981, entitled "Swimming Pool Code" is hereby repealed.
The provisions of the "Public Recreational Bathing Code" as
set forth in the New Jersey Administrative Code, Chapter XI, Section
8:26 are hereby adopted by reference in full as if fully set forth
at length herein and shall be deemed to be a part of the Health Regulations
of the Township of Roxbury, Morris County, New Jersey. Said provisions
are hereby adopted by reference pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.2 and
it is hereby stated that three copies of the Public Recreational Bathing
Code, N.J.A.C. 8:26 have been placed on file in the Office of the
Roxbury Township Division of Health, upon the introduction of this
article and will remain on file there until final action is taken
on this ordinance, for the use and examination of the public.
The annual fees as set forth in Chapter XXIV, subsection 24-6.1, which shall apply to the period of January 1 through December 31 each year, shall be payable to the Township of Roxbury for the commercial uses which are subject to the regulations of this section and the Public Recreational Bathing Code:
