The following statement shall be applicable to applications coming before the Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Adjustment to determine whether or not the application is complete. The Planning Board or Zoning Board of Adjustment shall determine whether or not the application is complete within forty-five (45) days of the submission of the application. Failure to make said determination shall result in an automatic determination of completeness. In the event that the application is deemed incomplete for failure to supply the material required, the Administrative Officer of the Planning Board or Zoning Board of Adjustment shall advise the applicant within fifteen (15) days of said determination, in writing, as to the reasons why the application has been deemed incomplete. Upon said determination, the Planning Board or the Zoning Board of Adjustment shall have an additional forty-five (45) days to review any additional submitted materials by the applicant to satisfy this section.

A. 
Prior to a determination of completeness, six (6) copies of the plans and application documents, including completed and signed Administrative Completeness Checklist and all other applicable checklists, shall be submitted, along with application and escrow fees and waiver requests. After determination of completeness, the additional copies of plans and application documents indicated in Subsections 13-6.102 through 13-6.107, as applicable, shall be submitted.
B. 
The initial submission for all development applications shall include:
1. 
Application fee and escrow fee.
2. 
Six (6) copies of plans - signed, sealed and folded.
3. 
Six (6) copies of application signed by owner and Applicant.
4. 
All items identified on the Administrative Completeness Checklist, which is Subsection 13-6.1, Schedule B.
5. 
All items identified on other applicable checklists (Subsections 13-6.102 through 13-6.107).
All requests for waivers of checklist items shall be in the form of a letter accompanying the initial submission, which letter shall state the reason for each waiver requested.

Eighteen (18) copies of application signed by owner and applicant.
D. 
All items identified on the attached checklist as applicable to Minor Subdivision and Minor Site Plan shall be submitted with the application. See Schedule A checklist incorporated herein by reference.
