The locations described in Section 16A-18, Schedule XVIII attached to and made a part of this chapter are hereby designated as Traffic Control Signal Locations. Traffic Control Signals shall be installed and operated in accordance with standards set forth in the 1970 Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, as amended and supplemented from time to time, and shall conform to the design and shall be maintained in operation as authorized by the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
