(a) 
No person shall park any vehicle at any time on or in the drives with exits or entrances on Randolph Road, serving the main building and the administration building of Muhlenberg Hospital. These drives are to be one-way, with the entrance on Randolph Road opposite Hillside Avenue and with the exit on Randolph Road to the east and west of Hillside Ave.
(b) 
The signed and marked parking stalls situated in the indented parking areas in front of the administration building and main building shall be loading zones.

No person shall park at any time on or in the drive serving the Emergency Department. The area immediately in front of Emergency is a loading zone. In the parking area adjacent to the loading zone parking shall be permitted for a period not to exceed thirty (30) minutes.

Parking shall be permitted in the main parking lot east of the main hospital building in the spaces so designated. Parking is not allowed in the entrances or exits or driveways. The drive to the lot from Randolph Road to Moffett Avenue shall be one-way only going south. The exit to Randolph Road shall be one-way only.

Parking shall be permitted only in the spaces so marked. No person shall park any vehicle in the driveway entering and leaving Moffett Avenue, which leads to the shipping-receiving building.

No person shall park any vehicle at any time on or in the drive serving the front entrance to the nurses' residence with access on Park Avenue except that in the non-restricted circular parking area in front of such residence, parking shall be permitted in the designated spaces.
