Off-Street Parking Project No. 3, Section 3, is the area which is located on the southerly side of North Avenue opposite the end of Netherwood Avenue, also known as Lot 7, Block 133 on the First Ward Assessment Maps of the City and over which area the City has acquired jurisdiction from the Central Railroad of New Jersey, by an agreement dated December 20,1948.

No person shall park any vehicle in Parking Lot Project No. 3 between the hours of 5:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. for a period longer than ten (10) minutes, except by vehicles which display on the rear window a valid sticker which entitles them to park.
