Application for the rental of a bicycle locker in the City of Plainfield at the following locations:
(a) 
Depot Park
(b) 
Netherwood Station
(c) 
East Seventh Street, Lot 7
(d) 
East Second Street, Lot 6
(e) 
City Hall Parking Lot
shall be made to the Director of the Department of Public Affairs and Safety on a form approved by the City Administrator and shall be accompanied by the prescribed rental fee and deposit.

The following fees are fixed and established for the rental of bicycle lockers:
(a) 
One (1) year rental fee: $5.00
(b) 
Key deposit: $10.00

Bicycle lockers shall be rented for a one (1) year period from January 1 to December 31, and shall not be prorated. Loss of locker keys or failure to return locker keys within fifteen (15) days after the expiration of rental period shall result in forfeiture of key deposit.
