The Municipal Engineer shall be appointed by the Township Committee.
The term of the appointment shall be for a period of three (3) years
from the date of said appointment.
The compensation to be paid to the Municipal Engineer shall
be based on a retainer and an hourly rate to be established in a professional
service contract approved by the Township Committee.
