Zoning — See Ch. 294.
The airport safety zone land use standards promulgated by the
New Jersey Department of Transportation pursuant to N.J.S.A. 6:1-84,
as set forth in N.J.A.C. 16:62-1.1 to -11.1, and any amendment thereto,
are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference. These minimum standards
shall become part of the master plan of development for the Township
of Winslow.
The provisions of this Chapter 72 shall be enforced by the Township Zoning Officer, or his authorized designee.
A valid copy of this Chapter 72 and the Township's local development master plan shall be transmitted to the New Jersey Department of Transportation, Division of Aeronautics — Air Safety and Zoning Permits pursuant to N.J.S.A. 6:1-85 and N.J.A.C. 6:62-2.1.
