Editor's Note: This legislation was originally adopted 7-26-57.
It is unlawful to construct, maintain or permit to remain any
building, part of a building or structure which endangers the health,
safety or welfare of the public in the Township of Winslow.
A.
Each day's violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate
offense.
B.
Any person, firm, corporation or agent who shall violate any of the
provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced
to a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200.) or to imprisonment
for any term not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both.
This chapter is intended to immediately preserve the public
peace, health and safety in the Township of Winslow and shall become
effective immediately after final passage and publication as provided
by law.
