Chapters 2-8 inclusive of the International Property Maintenance
Code of 2015 are hereby adopted and incorporated herein as if the
same were herein set forth with particularity. These regulations shall
be known as the "Property Maintenance Code of the Township of Winslow."
The referenced standards in the International Property Maintenance
Code shall include the International Building Code, the International
Existing Building Code, the International Fire Code, the International
Mechanical Code and the International Plumbing Code. The National
Electrical Code shall serve as the standard in place of all references
to the ICC Electrical Code.
