All owners or lessors and/or managers of any rental dwellings,
units, apartment buildings, mobile home parks, trailer courts and
residential rental spaces shall certify to the office of the Secretary
of the Township a list of all tenants or lessees, their address or
addresses, residing in or occupying the same. Such certification shall
be submitted upon a form approved by and provided by the Township
of Robinson to said office on or before June 30 and December 31 of
each year.
Any person or family which may be a tenant or lessee of any
rental dwelling, unit, apartment building, mobile court, trailer court
or rental space shall provide, upon request, the essential information
required by this article of the owner(s) or lessor(s).
Any owners, lessors or persons who fail to submit the information
aforesaid upon the form herein required shall, upon conviction in
a summary proceeding, be subject to a fine not exceeding $300 and
pay the costs of prosecution and/or to imprisonment not exceeding
90 days. Each and every day of violation shall be deemed a separate
offense.
