The Trustees of the Cherry Hill Township Public Library of the Township shall number nine (9) members and shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Township Council. The membership of the Trustees shall be determined and shall serve terms in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:54-9 and N.J.S.A. 40:54-10.

a. 
Established. There is hereby established an Environmental Commission for the protection, development, and use of natural resources including water resources located within the Township.
b. 
Appointment; Terms. The Environmental Commission shall consist of seven (7) members to serve without compensation, who shall be appointed by the Mayor. The Environmental Commission members shall include one (1) member of the Planning Board.
c. 
Powers. The Environmental Commission shall have the powers and duties as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40:56A-1 to 56A-5. The Environmental Commission shall have power to study and make recommendations concerning open space preservation, water resources and management, air pollution control, solid waste management, noise control, soil and landscape protection, environmental appearance, marine resources and protection of flora and fauna.

a. 
Created. There is hereby created a Board of Recreation Commissioners in the Township of Cherry Hill.
b. 
Appointment; Terms. The Board shall include five members to be appointed by the Mayor and approved by Township Council. All Board appointments shall be for staggered terms in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:12-1 et seq.
c. 
Powers. The Board of Recreation Commissioners serves in an advisory capacity to the Recreation Department on matters pertaining to fees collected for enrichment programs. Together with the Recreation Director and Recreation Manager, the Recreation Commission helps establish the fee structure for recreation-based programming offered by Cherry Hill Township.

a. 
Continuance. The Municipal Court of the Township previously established by Ordinance No. 192 of Delaware Township, effective January 1, 1949 is hereby continued.
b. 
Judges of the Municipal Court.
1. 
Chief Judge. The Chief Judge of the Municipal Court shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Township Council. He/she shall serve a term of three (3) years from the date of his appointment and until his successor is appointed and qualified, in accordance with State law.
2. 
Additional Judges. Additional municipal judges shall serve for a term of three (3) years from the date of his appointment and until his successor is appointed and shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of council, both of which shall be after the written consent of the assignment judge.
c. 
Municipal Court Clerk/Administrator. The position of Clerk of the Municipal Court is continued. The Municipal Court Clerk/Administrator shall be appointed by the Township Council, for a three (3) year term commencing July 1 of the year of appointment.
d. 
Additional Judge. There shall be an additional Municipal Court Judge as authorized by Chapter 46, Laws of 1985. He shall serve for a term of three (3) years from the date of his appointment and until his successor is appointed and qualified. He shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of Council, both of which shall be after the written consent of the assignment Judge.

Board Continued. The Rent Review Board, as established under Ordinance 81-32, and Ordinance 88-80 and Ordinance 94-69 and 94-70 is hereby continued with all rights and duties as set forth therein.[1]
