There shall be a Municipal Court of the Township consisting
of three (3) judges, one (1) of whom shall be the presiding judge.
He or she shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent
of the Municipal Council and shall have the qualifications required
by law. Each judge shall serve for a term of three (3) years from
the date of his or her appointment or until his or her successor is
appointed and qualified. The Municipal Court and Judges thereof shall
have, possess and exercise all the jurisdictions, powers, functions
and duties which are or may be conferred by law and the applicable
rules of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

The Municipal Court Administrator shall be appointed by the
Judge for a period of one (1) year. The Municipal Court Administrator
shall be certified pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2B:12-10 et seq.
