The Board of Health of the Town of Westfield offers an annual
flu clinic. It has been determined that the cost of this clinic should
be offset by charging an administration fee for inoculation for non-Medicare
participants.
The fee for the inoculation should range between $5 to $25 per
non-Medicare participant.
If any section, paragraph, subparagraph, clause or provision
of this chapter shall be adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall
apply only to the specific section, paragraph, clause or provision
so adjudged and the remainder of the chapter shall be deemed valid
and effective.
This chapter shall become effective immediately after publication
in the manner provided by law.
