In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:48-2.46, no person shall park a vehicle in any of the designated parking stalls shown on sketches on file in the Office of the Township Clerk, unless such person is a physically handicapped individual. Any vehicle parked in a parking stall reserved for handicapped drivers which does not display the official state handicapped license plate, or special identification stickers from the Motor Vehicle Commission, shall be presumed to have been parked in such a stall unlawfully.
