This chapter is enacted pursuant to the provisions of Title D of the Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law.

All Village streets or highways, except North Main Street, South Main Street, West Church Street, and New York Route 178, are hereby designated as uncongested and safe for snowmobile travel within the meaning of Title D of the Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law, and snowmobile travel and operation on the shoulders thereof is hereby permitted, subject to the rules, restrictions, and conditions set forth in Title D of the Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law.
