All animals and all premises, enclosures or structures wherein
animals are kept shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary and secure
condition, free from all obnoxious odors and substances. All animals
and all premises, enclosures or structures wherein animals are kept
shall be thoroughly cleaned, and all debris, refuse, manure, urine,
waste food, or other removable material shall be removed therefrom
every day or more often as necessary.

It is unlawful for any person, by any means, to slaughter any
animal without permission of the City.

No person shall place, leave or expose, in any place accessible
to birds, dogs, cats or any domesticated animals any substance known
to them to be toxic with the intention to harm or kill any animal.

No person shall conspire in any manner to trap or corral any
wild animal within the City limits unless the animal is a nuisance
and the City has given its approval.

No person shall willfully or maliciously torture, torment, beat,
kick, strike or injure any dog used by the County Sheriff or Police
Department in the performance of the functions or duties of such department,
or interfere with or meddle with any such dog while on duty.
