east of the west side of New Jersey Avenue.
b.
The inset
area between Wildwood and Oak Avenues on New Jersey Avenue.
c.
The City
Hall parking lot bounded by Baker, New Jersey, Montgomery and Washington
Avenues.
d.
The City
Hall parking lot bounded by Davis, New Jersey, Burk and Washington
Avenues.
e.
The entire
length of Old Rio Grande Avenue, both sides.
The time limit for parking at a meter within the above-described
locations shall be a maximum of 12 hours and the meters shall be in
effect between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m.
In addition to regular parking meter zones, special parking
meter zones with red parking meters and special signs are hereby established.
Each special zone shall have unique regulations shown on the meter
and on the sign. Red paint on the street may be used for such zones
to distinguish them from regular parking meter zones.
The following special zones are hereby designated:
a.
The north
side of Oak Avenue from Ocean to Atlantic Avenues, the east side of
Atlantic from Oak to Wildwood Avenues, and the south side of Wildwood
Avenue from Atlantic to Ocean Avenues which shall have 15 minutes
minimum parking during regular business hours of the Post Office at
no charge and regular metered parking at all other times from 8:00
a.m. to 3:00 a.m. the next day.
b.
The north
side of Magnolia from Ocean to Atlantic Avenues, the east side of
Atlantic from Magnolia to Glenwood Avenue, the south side of Glenwood
form Atlantic to Ocean Avenues shall be designated as Church only
parking during Sundays and holidays and regular metered parking at
all other times.
c.
Pacific
Avenue, from Cresse Avenue to 26th Avenue, regulations as posted on
the meters and special signs.
d.
There shall
be such other special zones which may hereafter be designated by the
governing body on a yearly basis by resolution for such times as shall
be posted on the meters and special signs posted on the affected streets.
