The city personnel are covered by the California Public Employees
Retirement System (P.E.R.S.) pursuant to the provisions of that certain
contract, and amendments thereto (authorized by Ordinance Numbers
307, 349 and 350) copies of which are on file in the office of the
city clerk and by this reference incorporated herein as if set forth
in full.
