The following rules and regulations are hereby established, and it shall be unlawful to violate any of these rules and regulations at any time, or at any time not specifically permitted therein, in or upon any public buildings and lands, City-owned parks or recreation areas and facilities, including, but not limited to, the Corbin City Boat Ramp and River Park, the Corbin City Train Stop and the Corbin City Hall property, as well as any other City-owned lands, vacant or otherwise. The following activities are prohibited:
A. 
Defacing City property.
B. 
Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages.
C. 
Lighting, using or maintaining open fires.
D. 
The operation of motorized vehicles outside of designated parking areas.
E. 
The playing of any loud music or loud noise which disturbs the peace.
F. 
Allowing pets to soil the property.
G. 
Parking between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
H. 
Littering.
I. 
Diving or jumping off of docks.
J. 
Parking of boat trailers, except in designated trailer parking areas.
K. 
The use of any skateboards, rollerblades, roller skates, hoverboards and similar devices.
L. 
Swimming at the riverfront park, boat ramp and beach areas.
M. 
Smoking and vaping in any form consistent with state law (N.J.S.A. 26:3D-56 et seq.).

Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the fines and penalties prescribed in Chapter 103 of the Corbin City Code.
